Special Orders at Carolinas R/C

I know some have been frustrated with our process (or lack  there-of) for Special Orders at the shop.

As a result, I've created an organized process that we will use to create and track special orders.   

In the new process, ALL customers will be notified via Phone or Email:

*  once the item is ordered (with price and ETA details)
*  once the product comes into stock.

We now have an organized file system that we will use to keep Special Orders straight, quick, and easy.

Please keep us in mind, if there is something you need, but we don't stock!   We order from the major distributors twice a week, so we can usually get items in about 2 business days.

Also, we will be happy to Price Match on all items!  We'll meet or beat ANY prices out there!
