Swap Shop Rules

This is not a place for RC re-sellers, RC dealers or vendors. The Trading Post is for members to sell/trade/swap RC cars and parts. Commercial vendors and posts will get there own section (and rules) when we have someone interested in working with QCB. Only vendors agreeing to our rules and member perks will be allowed to advertise and market to QCB members. Once we have a vendor on board, I'll add their specific information to their own section in the vendors area, letting you know what our deal is with them.

We basically all know each other so this isn't a big deal, but, this is the internet so please be cautious when dealing with members. Anything too good to be true normally is. When conducting business over the internet - Please Use Caution. Whenever possible use a payment method that protects you from fraud (i.e., Paypal). As a seller make sure to get a delivery confirmation to protect you from a buyer charge back.

The Queen City Bashers & queencitybashers.com will in no way be responsible or liable in any form or fashion should a transaction in Trading Post go bad. This statement also applies to H&E Motorsports and hemotorsports.net. Do not ask any of the Mods to get involved with your dealings. We will not be responsible. It is up to you to verify the deal is a good one. You may ask for feedback in the Trading Post section or by PM. I will allow feedback to be posted in the Trading Post if something does go bad, but in return will allow a rebuttal as long as it's only the two parties invovled making the posts, but all posts must foloow all other forum rules. Bashing and name calling won't be allowed, discussions about resolutions to the problem will.

. Goods for sale: Make sure to describe what you have, the condition, your location, the price and what the terms of sale and shipping will be. Don't forget to post your personal pictures of the goods in questioned, this isn't required, but it will seel your goods faster.

. Goods Wanted: Make sure to describe what you are looking for, the condition you are willing to accept, your location and the price range you would pay. If you have items available for trade, please post photos of these items if you have them.

. Thread bash all you want if someone does something stupid...this isn't the Traxxas forum after all. Wink

. Thread Bumping is allowed once in a 24 hour period in the Trading Post only.

. All threads with a posted SOLD reply will be deleted. Doing so will keep clutter down, and our forum running smoother. When your item sells, please let us know so we can keep up with the what's current and what's not.

. Only one thread is needed to sell/trade goods. Members do not need a thread for every item they have for sale.

. Ebay links: If you wish to post a link to your item on ebay, you may do so, but your thread must conform to the above guidelines. If it does not, it will be deleted.

I'm trying to make these rules as simple as possible for all forum members. I will continue to updated these rules as needed.
