I got a bit of time today with the 18R finally. It's so much fun, very quick, nimble, and just loves to zip around. After about a half hour I started to get a feel for it, you can see towards the end of the video it's looking better.

I got about an hour of driving time on the 2100 mAh 3s pack and the LVC didn't kick in, so I'm happy with the run time too obviously.
