Not really the AX10 actually. The Wheely King and the Clodbuster are more 1:1 realistic.

Suppose to be "out of the box", but I don't know first hand.

I'm actually using the Traxxas servo out of the new Emaxx in my Wheelie King - it's only like $35 and it's waterproof. It provides 80 oz torque, which is decent, but not really great.

I am putting an HS645MG in the AX10. It puts out 133 oz torque, is reasonably cheap ($40 I think) and you can replace the gears for like $16. I think that's a good middle ground on servos, I couldn't bring myself to spend $100 on a servo that is going to get stressed and probably wet, it would hurt too much if it broke.

Scale trucks look awesome, no doubt! Check out some youtube videos from the guys that post on the crawler forum at CRC, they look killer going down the trails. They aren't as capable as a comp crawler (generally anyway) but they aren't made to be. I think the AX10 is a good compromise, it's not really scale looking, but then it doesn't look like a tuber which hardly resembles a truck at all.
