Picked up a cheap airbrush. Working on an idea I had, sketched it out a 4am...

Using Faskolor paint and Pactra liquid masking. Everything was going well on the first body, the Scalpel, until I tried to back the Faskolor blue with Pactra spray white. The paints are different, and the spray caused the blue to get soft and not stick, so a large section of the blue pulled off when I went to remove the rest of the masking. I should be able to salvage the body by going solid blue with it. As you can see from the pic of the sedan, I did not use the spray and the paint stuck to the body perfectly. (both bodies were washed prior to painting). I should be able to finish up the sedan with the yellow tomorrow. Will post pics of the finished product.

That's a cool idea, it's a shame the one layer pulled off. Did you let it set up overnight between colors? I try to do three or four light coats of a color, waiting about an hour in between coats. Then let it sit at least 12 hours before pulling the tape or doing a backing coat of another color.

That's weird the two brands didn't work together, I think they are basically the same composition.
