I am trying to make sure I properly bind the dx 3.0 transmitter and receiver together.

I keep reading where it talks about cutting the tx & the r/x on & off. But umm, how do I turn the SR3000 receiver on & off. There is only the "bind" button.

I am making this harder than it needs to be?

Yes, you are. Wink Did you read the bind procedure in the manual?

The bind button is the blue one on top of the rx. Hold it down and turn on the power to the rx, the green light will start to blink fast. Now, hold the bind button on the back of the transmitter and turn the power on to the transmitter, it will start to bink fast. When it does, turn the transmitter button loose and both lights will go solid green and you're bound. Easy....
