Picked up an Ofna 10SC 4x4 with Tekin GTB ESC/Tekin 6.5 turn motor, couple upgraded parts, 2s lipos (holding charge/balance well), Onyx 230/Blinky, DX 2.0 from a local getting out of RC racing.  Great deal since I don't need the radio/charger.

I need to resolder some things though:

I know these drivetrains are louder than my stampede but I think a bearing is going in the center diff and the mesh may be off.  Going to break it down and build it back up this week hopefully along with the pede repairs.

That being said I had to take it out for a battery worth of runs last night and some curb jumping as well.  It impressed my neighbor so much he's looking at converting his heavily modified Savage XL to electric.  Hopefully his wife doesn't kick his ass which would roll down hill to me...

Neighbors have been enjoying watching it come flying down the hill and curb jumping (smooth raised curbs fortunately).  Should have had a camera last night.  Had some impressive runs.

Hey Will, when we have a little more light I'll come by a shoot some video for you.

We really need to start hanging out more. We cant be more than 10 minutes from each other, huh ??

When you gonna get it cleaned up? I would have had a hard time buying like that. But you did say you got a nice deal though. I'm a picky b!tch like that.  Undecided

Sounds good and definitely lmk on hanging out.  I need to get them all fixed up and ready for running at a relative moment's notice.  Only need time to charge the lipos from storage mode.

I'm hoping to clean it and the pede up this weekend.  For $150 and soon selling the TX/Onyx 230/Blinky I should come out alright even if I have to work on a few things. Smiley

Just ordered the replacement parts.  New arms are more reinforced.  Wonder why they did that? Smiley
