KEEP UP THE FIRE

If the weather holds out anyone up for a Bash??? Sat/Sun makes no difference to me.

We can hit the Ruthless Testing grounds AKA Rocky-River Elem Monroe NC. It offers a little bit of everything on/off-road good bash area nice little crawl spot OR If we just want to HARDCORE BASH we could hit the potential home of the Dawg-Track. Its probably a littly muddy in places but its a hell of a Bash spot! Its located on the Midland co line.

I'm maybe up for the school, it's gonna be really muddy anywhere else. We could do it over here, but my track is still just mush. I also wouldn't mind hitting the construction site in Wesly Chapel again before it's all gone. There's still some good spots out there, but it's gonna be really muddy too. My vote would be Saturday, NASCAR is in Texas this week and I'd like to catch the race.

Yeah, I got to with a buddy of mine up here in Hickory. He has a E-Savage (just the basic one) and I just got some tires for the Slash. I bought some Pro-line epic bead locks with gladiator tiers. Made some sweet rooster tails until the damn tires flew off.  Angry  The place is in a subdivision that only has four homes but a lot of empty lots. There were the little canyons that the rain created humps all over the place and a good hill to climb.
BTW, sorry to go off topic but what's a good brand of bead locks that work under the pressure of Brushless set up?

I had good luck with berg beadlocks on my FLM Rustler. Now back on subject anyone bashing This weekend??
Leslie will be working all weekend soo I'll probably head up to the testing grounds (Rocky-River elem)at some point since its close to my house. The boy's are itching to drive their mini-t's  and I need to run a tank or 2 through the LST and drain a few lipo's in the E-stuff

its all good. I was there for about an hour or so. Got a few runs with all the rides in. Was able to work out a few kinks with the sport, but still need to do more. Maybe you rustler users could help me a bit with it. I have this problem where the sport like to spin out of control with the slightest input on the steering, or if I let off the throttle to quick. Its not to bad when in the dirt (more able to make it a controlled spin), but on pavement, its brutal. Any input?? I , right now, have a bit of toe out and negative camber (maybe to negative) to try to help it, and it has to a bit. Maybe its just the nature of the beast for 2wd stadium trucks (or at least the crappy sport.....lol).

Another weekend is approaching, and Saturday is looking great, and as of now, only 30% chance of rain on Sunday. Any one up for a bash somewhere?? I am even willing to travel if no one local can do it. Gonna be a bit stressful around my house this weekend, so I need to break away for a couple hours as well.....lol. Post up if anyone is up for it.

I'm game on Saturday, I have something going on Sunday. Wanna get the kickers out and hit Francis Beatty? If it doesn't rain between now and then, the Westly Chapel construction site might work....
