Ok, so who besides myself broke down and ordered one of these? Gah! Its killing me that I haven't been able to run it yet. Not counting chasing the ferret around the living room with it.

CRC is supposed to start putting in the onroad carpet track so we can have a couple places to run at.

Man, I'm so sorry... I was gonna go to the shop so you could go try it out. I've been screwing around with the mini T and just got everything done.

Perhaps next week you can come down to the shop so you can play a bit...

I was real close to getting one, but never did. If CRC does put in a carpet track I will be getting something to race there - either a Scalpel or something similar. I did go up to High Speed Hobbies to watch the Mini-Z's race and they had two there with Scalpels that ran. That track is way too small for them, but I was really impressed. They hold a line really well and have some amazing take off speed.

I said the same thing but with the track at the bodyshop and the probability that CRC is going to put a carpet track down... hopefully it'll be worthwhile.

If my Mini-T doesn't work out for Mark's and CRCs carpet, I'm going to a Scalpel. I bought the Mamba with that in mind. It should drop right in a Scapel.

I think I've mentioned it before. But when I was in the Hobbytown on 51 yesterday, they had the Scapels out again. They have 2 and Ive seen them up there for about 3 months now. I think it's their main fix so those guys probably know a little bit about them.

I mentioned some fella's in our bash club owning them, and the guy says, "Oh, the Queen City Bashers" ? I'm like, damn right. He said he had seen it on the Traxxas forums.  Cool  Cool  Cool
