I just first want to let you all know that, no I ain't rich.  Cheesy When I saw how much a BL set-up is I realized I will be getting one for the Slash.  As soon as I get it and that will be it for a while.

But I was wondering, in the long run, do you have to buy a specific conversion set up for a model or can you set up about any nitro to a brushless?

The only one I plan to do is my Acme Condor, that is, unless I decide to put the money into getting a new engine for it. I believe it has a crack or an air leak in it some where. It gets hot soon after you start it.

Got any pic's of the Acme Condor?

Maybe our Nitro Specialist here at QCB can give you some help with getting that motor running betterif possible. That would also be the same man that was "first" to respond to your query.  Wink

But yeah, the question(s) generally is, how bad do you wanna make your nitro into a BL converion? And then how will you go about making it happen?

I've been thinking about converting my 'ol trusty Savage SS to brushless. If anyone has any advice on motors, pinions, escs, etc to share i'd be happy to listen.
