GREAT MaxAmps customer service!

I recently traded for a MaxAmps 4s to rebuild my E-Revo around. Well, since it was my firt lipo, I needed a few supplies, so I went to the MaxAmps website and placed an order. I got a 2s 6000mah batt, a balancer, a lipo sack and some misc. other small supplies. Dropped a few extra dollars on shipping so I could have the 2s here this weekend to get my new E-Jato out. Well I checked the shipping yesterday and it showed:

I'm thinking, New Bern, C Brown.....OH NO! Anyway, I get on the phone with Josh at MaxAmps and he figures out that my stuff was sent to the wrong address, but promised he'd call the customer it went to and get him to forward it or overnight another order today. Well wouldn't you know it, it showed up this morning at the house in the mail, when I talked to Josh, he told me that when he talked to C Brown, he had realized my order got in with his and he had already been to the post office and forwarded it on to me. So thanks to MaxAmps for following through and BIG thanks to C Brown, whoever you are, in New Bern! I am now officially lipoed! I'll be going back to Maxamps for the rest of my lipo needs.

They really are an easy company to work with. I ordered another Lipo a few weeks ago, placed the order on Sunday when they were closed. 9am Monday I got an email saying "processing", 11am I got an email saying "Shipped". I had it on Wednesday!

Glad you had luck with them. I've had no problems in the past but about 3 months ago I ordered the 610i dual charger.

It took almost 6 weeks to get to me and they forgot half of my order.

When I did finally receive the charger, they neglected to tell me it didn't come with an ac adapter. (can only charge it with 12V)

I ordered a separate charger and waited 4 weeks. I called them twice and they assured me it had been shipped.

I waited another 2 weeks and finally they tell me that the manufacturer of the ac adapter has closed down.

A week later, they call me and tell me as a courtesy, they are going to send me a 30 amp adapter for my charger so I can play with my trucks.

That was almost 2 weeks ago. I haven't been able to bash in almost 3 months thanks to Maxamps.
